EBSS1032 is a self-developed SATA3.2 SSD control chip by Eigenbit Technology, widely compatible with TLC and QLC NAND flash, supporting 8TB large capacity, and employing 4KB LDPC ultra-strong error correction technology, achieving industry-leading performance. It can help customers realize a ultra-strong error-correcting, high-performance, and cost-effective consumer-grade/industrial-grade solid-state drive solution.

(I) Support for Flash Memory
1. Supports 2 channels with up to 64 dies, achieving 8TB large capacity
2. Perfectly compatible with TLC/QLC flash from manufacturers such as Samsung, SK Hynix, Micron, Kioxia, Intel and YMTC
3. Supports 6-plane Flash (B58, X3-9070) from manufacturers like Micron and YMTC

1. Built-in ultra-strong error correction 4KB LDPC engine, supports soft decoding, UBER<10^-17
2. Data reliability reaches enterprise-level standards, effectively extending product life and significantly reducing product failure & repair rates
3. Integrated RAID engine to prevent data loss due to flash memory errors
4. SRAM SECDED ECC technology, effectively avoiding soft errors in SRAM, meeting data reliability in extreme scenarios
