EBSS1034 is a SATA3.2 SSD control chip independently developed by Eigenbit Technology, widely compatible with TLC and QLC NAND flash, supporting 16TB large capacity, and achieving industry-leading performance. It can help customers achieve ultra-strong error-correcting, large-capacity, high-performance Enterprise-grade / Industrial-grade solid-state drive solutions.

(I) Support for Flash
1. Supports 4 channels with up to 128 Dies, achieving 16TB ultra-large capacity
2. Perfectly compatible with TLC/QLC flash from manufacturers such as Samsung, SK Hynix, Micron, Kioxia, Intel and YMTC
3. Supports 6-plane Flash (B58, X3-9070) from manufacturers like Micron and YMTC

1. Ultra-strong 4KB LDPC error correction technology, supports soft decoding, UBER<10^-17
2. Built-in RAID engine to prevent data loss
3. Supports SRAM SECDED ECC, enhancing data reliability
4. Power loss protection technology, preventing data corruption or loss due to sudden power failure
